2. Payments and No Refund Policy
All payments made to rcompmedia are final and non-refundable. This includes deposits, milestone payments, and full project fees.
By engaging our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy, regardless of project progress, delays, or change of mind.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all required materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary information may result in timeline changes and are not grounds for a refund or cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final design deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes
Any revisions or additional requests outside the original project scope may incur extra charges. We will notify you of any such changes before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of your website after the project is completed. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the Services provided under the signed agreement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from or related to the Services must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project at any time due to lack of communication, breach of agreement, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your consent to the revised Terms.
